Where is Lucille Leona Designs located?
Lucille Leona Designs is based in Prescott, Ontario. While we operate primarily online, local pickup is available for online orders. In-person and virtual discovery calls are also available by appointment for design services like visual identity, logos, and custom illustrations.

Do you take custom requests?
Yes! Whether you’re looking for a custom illustration, a unique logo, or a full visual identity, I love bringing ideas to life. Fill out the contact form with details, and I’ll be in touch to chat about your vision.

What’s the turnaround time for custom work?
It depends on the project. Smaller illustrations or logos typically take a few weeks, while full branding projects may take longer. If you have a specific deadline, let me know, and I’ll see what’s possible.

What’s your return/exchange policy?
For custom illustrations, logo design, and visual identity projects, all sales are final due to the time and care involved in creating them. For merch and art prints, refunds or exchanges are available as long as the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out, and I’ll make it right.

Do you offer shipping and local pickup?
Yes! Orders ship across Canada.
Shipping and handling costs will be added to your total. If you're local to Prescott, Ontario, you can also choose free pickup at checkout. -
How do I book a design service?
Simple—fill out the contact form with details about your project, and I’ll get back to you to set up a discovery call. From there, we’ll go over the details and get the creative process started.

Orders are processed with care and typically ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping is available across Canada, shipping and handling costs are covered by the customer and will be added at checkout. If you're local to Prescott, Ontario, you can select free pickup at checkout.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. A tracking number will be provided when available. Please note that delays due to customs or courier issues are out of my control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out, and I'll do my best to help.

Because each item is made with care, all sales for design work are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact me within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
For custom illustrations, logo designs, and visual identity work, no refunds or exchanges are offered due to the time and care that goes into these creations.
For merchandise and art prints, I accept returns or exchanges if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out with photos, and we’ll figure out a solution together.

Your privacy matters. Any personal information collected (such as your name, email, and shipping details) is used solely to process orders and communicate with you. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except when necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).

Custom work is a collaborative process, and I put a lot of time and thought into each piece. Because of this, all custom orders (illustrations, logos, and visual identity designs) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Before starting, we'll discuss your vision, and I’ll provide an estimated timeline. Depending on the project, I may offer revisions within a set scope. Additional revisions outside this scope may incur extra fees.
